HIV/AIDS Services

The Non Medical Case Management Program provides support thru referral to related services including, HIV/AIDS Intervention/Prevention services, Crisis Intervention, Primary Medical, HIV/AIDS support Groups, Dental and Pharmacy assistance, Mental health, Transportation, Substance Abuse treatment, HIV testing, Housing assistance, Emergency assistance, and Medical Case Management.

 The Outreach Prevention and referral program compliments the Case Management Program by providing individual, group, and institutional outreach services utilizing research based HIV intervention/prevention models.  Street outreach workers have a strong presence in high risk areas including homeless shelters, low income communities, schools, health and social services institutions.

Emergency Assistance Food Pantry is provided for our HIV/AIDS clients as well as the disenfranchised populations that we serve when available.
